The security Toolbar error can be solved with latest MWAV.
Scan your system in Safe Mode with MWAV

Security Tool bar solution

One of my client bugged with a security toolbar spyware. It has hacked my IExplorer. To remove it i scan the system in safe mode with mwav.exe and the problem is solved.
