Hello everyone,

It seems that in X-spam for SMTP, mails in quarantine are deleted after 15 days, we need to keep those messages!
is there a way to keep messages in quarantine (and HAM mails) more than 15 days?

Please access the X-Spam for SMTP from the web console as given below:

1) From the Internet browser type http://<SMTP ip address>:10443
2) Login with the admin user
3) After loging in, click on Content / Spam control >> Antispam Configuration
4) Then uncheck the option "Enable Ham Mail Backup" and click on save.
This will keep the quarantine msgs.
