Exe files get downloaded and installed automatically

I want to draw your kind attention to a problem,
and that it is instead of file rights being enabled a software called antivirxp08 gets downloaded and installed automatically in the system.
so it seems that the function enable remote access file rights is failing to guard it. Require solutions urgently

eScan file rights is not failing at its function. Just that the file rights are applicable for the local network. And it does not guard for the files coming directly from the internet.

But id wud be very much effective, if it can also block the exe files from the internet which r downloaded without the users notice.
And thanx for clearing my doubts
