Phrases.txt gets override after few hours

Hi, I have edited Phrases.txt and removed some unnecessary phrases, And saved the file. It worked well for sometime but after sometime all the phrases which have been removed put back automatically, How do I resolve this problem?

Go to c:\program files\Mailscan folder and edit mailscan.ini with notepad editor.
Then search for following entry

DoNotAllowDownload=

and add the "phupdn.txz" value in front of this entry. So the entry will look like this

DoNotAllowDownload=phupdn.txz

Save the files restart the mailscan service once this should resolve the problem.
