Many users worry about the spyware/adware messsage

Hello,
Many users tell us about the message like :
Found object in file system "combo Spyware/Adware"! Action: Remove Entry.
Found object in file system "spyware.neospy Spyware/Adware"! Action: Remove Entry.

And some other Spyware/Adware....

They found the message always shown while they use MWAV scan...

Some see the message every time and some see the message for twice or more...

Because we do NOT know if the spyware/adware was cleaned or they always can NOT be cleaned.

Or it just a warning and nothing be infected..

We would to know how it happened and what should we do..

Please tell us more information about the message and how to make it NOT shown every time..

Hello,

The problem with combo Adware/Spyware will solve with our latest updates and new version of MWAV.

After having eScan updated with latest signatures, the problems with the spyware getting detected continously should get resolved.

If at all you face any trouble with the new version, do sent us the log files (mwav.log and mwavc.log)and pinfect.zip from the machines to support@mwti.net
