eScan server sends a UDP broadcast to all the clients. And whoever is listening to this request will get the server ip address automatically. But If your subnet is connected with ROUTER then the Broadcast will not travel to different subnet. Because ROUTER does not route broadcast messages.
Solution : You need to allow eScan UDP broadcast in router configuration.

If all are in same subnet then check whether eScan server announcement is on or not.
