Question: how many days that the quarantined mails is stored in the system?

It will be there as long as you don't delete them manually or you format your system.

is there any way to put an automatic deletion of spam mails stored on the system?
like for example an option to delete a spam mails in a period of time or a schedule to delete it?
because some of our client searching for that feature and i think they find it out on the other AV's.

Right now there is no option to delete quarantine emails. But we will keep this in our wishlist. So we can add this in next release

you can specify the size in mailscan.ini
MaxQuarantineSize=50000 it is in kb
once quarantine folder crosses this size it will delete all the emails from quarant folder.
