Deaktivierung von Anti-Virus und Firewall

Ich habe die OEM Version installiert.Seit geraumer Zeit wird Anti-Virus und Firewall nach jedem Internetbesuch wieder deaktiviert.
Habe auch eScan nochmals installiert, ohne Erfolg. Der Windows Defender wird auch abgeschaltet.
