Network Traffic coming from PC

We are using Escan internet security for PC with fully updated ,we scan our pc with MWAV file and clear virus from desktop
but on our firewall we found belo log related to virus from perticuler (IP )desktop .

we try to rescan from mwav and normal scan but there no virus found like (loadadv.exe) pls guide me how to clear its effect on or network speed .
