Dear Sir,
We have eScan corporate version 10.0.1058.686. I have one problem that. I need to copy one file into C:\PUB\Update folder for update to our all clients but I am not able to do this things. It gives error like access denied to copy the file. please give me the solution for it.

Greetings.
The eScan files and folders have a self-protection feature wherein the eScan processes cannot be terminated by user or any modifications made to important eScan files and folders.
In case you want to add any file manually to eScan folder, you need to pause the eScan protection to do so.
