Hello,
Please tell us the version of eScan you are trying to install.
In case you have used the same setup file to install on another system, right click on the eScan icon and click on 'About eScan'.
The full version name and number is written on the first line.
We would request you to join us on our Live Online chat for further assistance.

Check for ES_SETUP folder in the location c:\windows\system32 if present then delete ES_SETUP folder.
Then try to install eScan in the client systems this will resolve your issue.
If still you are facing same issue then please come online on our live chat & provide us ERS to our support team so that we can look at it.
