I just noticed that if I were to select 20 clients from the eScan status box to do an patch (was rolling out .493 patch), the eScan server will show the error above the moment I right-clicked.

I noticed that this error was present ever since May 2008.

Kindly provide us remote connection & please follow the procedure to provide remote connection
Right click eScan Monitor Icon and click on eScan Remote Support, Then it will Give you ID and Password provide that ID and password.
Before providing remote connection please come online on live chat from our website
http://www.mwti.net and then give us the ID and Password So that we will connect your machine and we can resolve your problem.

Run the hotfix 493 and check for the same..

Let us know if this doesnt solve the issue..
