eScan - Antivirus & Content Security Forum

Hello,

have complaints from my customers saying that eScan is unable to detect & clean FAT viruses and some of my clients has installed eScan in their sytems has lost photographs compltely from memory cards etc and even one or two hard disks has also damaged because of this.

can anybody help me with solution for this.
