It would be great if users of eScan and MailScan get an announcement if there are new patches.

As far as a new version is concerned we have this function where eScan will pop a window stating that a newer version of eScan is available and download links to the same. We are planning the same for the patches.
This feature will be released shortly..

Or we have any plan for eScan 10.x version?
Some customers are care about when eScan will new version and new fetures.

Yes this function will is very important, to optimize the product.
Many costumer don't understand why he need to download a separate file.
