Can't We add these new features

Why can't we add "Sending messages" to clients through EMC by selecting required client or Broad cast to all clients.

Is it not possible selecting the clients by customization (using ctrl key) from left pannel of EMC

Can't we deploy the USB control to all the clients in N/W thru EMC.

What kind of messages you want to send? And how you wan to send it

Please brief me
