With reference to the problem, you can send suspicious sample files in password protected zipped format to
samples@escanav.com.
In case the files are found to be an infection , the detection for the same will be added to our virus signature updates.
Inorder to add the files in password protected zipped format
> make a folder named sample on your system.
>Add all the suspicious files in it.
>right click on the sample folder and click on 'add to archive'
(this needs winzip or winrar to be installed)
>click on the 'advanced tab' and select set password
>enter the password as 'infected' and click ok.
Attach this sample.zip or sample.rar file and send it to
samples@escanav.com
The reason to add suspicious files in password protected zip format is that most email clients delete suspicious attachments from the email.
