I am using escan iss 10.0.968.374DB. updated to 17 Oct 2009. XP-SP2 installed.

Escan is not removing Surabaya in my birthday virus. each time when the pc is started it show me the screen. Even launch.exe is corrupted.
secondly now it is not scanning USB drives. I have not disabled any feature. auto usb scanning feature is not working.

Any escan tool for scanning in dos mode.

Do apply the latest hotfix released. i.e. (1.0.0.493)

After installing,restart the machine and check with quick scan.
This should solve the problem.
