How to complete reomve "video activex access Trojan&quo

Hello sir,
One customer told us he using mwav scan his system.
MWAV always found "video activex access Trojan" and action remove registry entry.
But after reboot, MWAV will find the Trojan and remove the entry again.
He wants to know how to completely remove the Trojan and never let it come back again.

Please disable system recovery, run MWAV, reboot and check again with MWAV.
If it is still there boot system in save mode and run MWAV. Reboot in normal mode and check.
