ScanFile fails

Ive been using eScan for over 9 months. The problem i,m facing is that the registry scan does not scans the Windows/System32 folder . it shows an error that the scanning fails. It even does not scan the HKLM and HKCU registry areas. Please help on this issue.[/list][/quote]

Hello Daanish,

I would like to know how are you scanning the system? Are you using the Quick System Scan(MWAV) or the On Demand Scanning.

Also I could diagnose the problem if I have the latest logs from the system. Please scan you whole system and send me MWAV.log and MWAVC.log from

%temp%\mwav.log
%temp%\mwavc.log

OR

%programfiles%\escan\log\mwav.log
%programfiles%\escan\log\mwavc.log
