Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us at eScan.
With reference to your query, we would request you to kindly join us on our live online chat and give us more details about the problem you are facing.
As per the information you have given it seems that the infection file has been detected by the On demand scanner and not by the real time monitor. The reason for this can be that the sample infection file must be an archive file and needs the archive scan option to be enabled in the real time monitor.
Open the eScan Protection Center
Go to File Antivirus settings.
Under the Objects tab, there is an option Scan Compound objects, maximize this option and select the Archives option and save the settings.
In case you have any more queries, please join us on our Online chat.
