I am not able to allow intranet site

Customer has blocked all the sites except his intranet site. But it is getting blocked.

Make sure he has entered the correct domain name under Websites_Allowed category ( Whitelisting). Or he might be using Firewall or Squid proxy which is getting blocked before it gets that page. So you need to add the ip of the firewall or the squid proxy in Websites_Allowed category. This should resolve the problem.
