Hello All,

1. Taskbar hide.
2. After opening Services.msc description goes blank
3. When double clicked on "My network" it goes blank.


This was happening in windows xp sp3 due to spoolsv.exe and svchost.exe was missing from c:\windows\system32 folder
If you copy it from some other system to this folder c:\windows\system32 this problem will get resolved.

You will also need to restore the Windows Registry.

Open any file called REGBK**.ZIP ( Dated before the problem ) located in the \Windows folder.
Double click on all the 3 REG files and allow it to import the REG into the registry.

Restart the computer.
