question:- when mail relased from spam folder does not reach exchange server or unable to receive mail

Solution:- When we release the mail it stay spool/in folder so therefore did the following step

1) smtpadmin
2) spam control
3) removed tick mark from greylisting box
4) save the setting

and restart the smtp services

check working fine.
