Dear Sir,
We have problem in our pharma company that instrument client PC stop connection with Chromoloen server file sharing. I observed that eScan client PC stop network resource while take and apply updates from eScan server. Due to this our instrument client PC and instrument both stop working due to loss of server connection. We have to restart the system to restore connectivity. after that system working fine. We have more then 25 Client instrument PC. eScan version is eScan corporate 14.0.1400.2034.
