LAN problem???

I've two system, one of that run on XP & another Vista with service pack 1

from Xp i could open Vista via HOME Workgroup with user name & password, but once i tried to open my XP machine from Vista it ask for user name & password but it could not taken it. I've reset password twice for both USER & Administrator.
