Web Filtering in eScan Corp 10.0.977.493

Hi,

I'm seeing some flaky behaviour when the WebFiltering is turned on and set to adult.
Scanning options: search in title is enabled.
Browser is IE 6.0.2900.2180 on and XP Pro SP3 machine... although we're seeing this throughout the network and I'm not sure if all are using same version of browser.
Occassionally when we click on a web site all we get are the text links.Closing the browser and re-opening will sometimes fix but not always. Turning off the web filtering in eScan ALWAYS works to fix.
Also finding, again intermittently, that the web page loading is EXTREMELY slow.
Any ideas of how to fix these issues?

Tried to replicate the same over our end but it is not happening.
Can we have the Remote connection of the system via ERS ??.
