EMC Advanced Settings as policy

Postby Henning » Thu Oct 22, 2009 8:23 pm

Hi

When I create a policy just with "advanced settings" in EMC, I am not able to click the "Next" button. But if I enable and disable some random policys, then I am able to click the "next" button...

Best Regards,
Henning

Hi Henning,

It has been fixed and the file is kept on this link.

1) Rename the downloaded eserv9.exe to eserv.exe.
2) Go to start->Run ->type "killproc eserv.exe" without quotes.
2) Rename the eserv.exe from \Program Files\eScan\ folder to eserv.old.
3) Copy downloaded eserv.exe to \Program Files\eScan\ folder.
4) Then start eScan Management Console from Start->Programs->eScan for Windows.

And then give us the feedback on the same.
With Regards,
