Dear Sir,

Since last one month i found two files in my shared folder name "mxdkkf.exe and khv.sys". First time i had delete that file assuming that by mistake someone had copied these files. but after few days agian both files were found in all shared folders. presently i am deleting that files. I had also search to add this two files as a virus but i am not able to findout that option in eScan10 corporate version. Please do the needful.

Thanks & regards,

Hello,

With reference to the problem, you can send suspicious sample files in password protected zipped format to samples@escanav.com.
In case the files are found to be an infection , the detection for the same will be added to our virus signature updates.
Inorder to add the files in password protected zipped format
> make a folder named sample on your system.
>Add all the suspicious files in it.
>right click on the sample folder and click on 'add to archive'
(this needs winzip or winrar to be installed)
>click on the 'advanced tab' and select set password
>enter the password as 'infected' and click ok.

Attach this sample.zip or sample.rar file and send it to samples@escanav.com
The reason to add suspicious files in password protected zip format is that most email clients delete suspicious attachments from the email.

You can also contact the eScan Technical Support department for further assistance.
Please send an email to support@escanav.com
You will automatically receive a notification with a reference ticket id once we receive your email.
Do mention your contact details in the same.
