On the eScan Corporate 11.0.1139.998, when configuring the Endpoint security, i realized that the read only UBS and CD/DVD settings are disabled, how do i enable it on the server at the Protection centre??

Secondly, when ever am remotely connecting to a client by the Web console remote login, the client PC logs off, especially on XP, why is this so??

With reference to your query, the mentioned feature cd/dvd blocking was kept disbaled on version 11.0.1139.998.The same will be available with the latest upgrade build of eScan.

We request you to join us on live chat to resolve your second query as it is not clear as to what exactly is the problem which you are refering to.An mstsc connection will close the session of the machine and give you complete access which is by default unlike a teamviewer connection where you are able to use the machine from both ends.
