Hi,
My client PC is infected with virus name YOUR PROTECTION even thought they have eScan ISS with latest update.
I tried using standby mpde but still cannot slove, please advise if any!!

We have already detection for your Protection Spyware., please take latest update & scan your systems.This will resolved your issue.

Hi,

I was trying to chat through MSM on Sunday 4/4/2010 unfortunately I can't get anybody to chat with. For your info I reformatted the PC to solve this problem.

Hi Erdinger,

Just in case you face similar problem,please run the quick scan on your system with "Scan Spyware" option checked and this should solve the problem.

If it does not,do mail us the pinfect.zip file to samples@escanav.com

I have actually tried the method you mention but to no avail. Anyway I would appreciate if you could advise manual removal procedure for “Your Protection”

You do not need to remove this by a manual procedure.
We do have the detection for this in our spyware database.
