Please download WGWIN (4.0.0.28 ) (size: 473,144 Bytes) from the below link:

Features of WGWIN:
1. This tool will autodetect, Critical patches required by Windows Operating system.
2. It will download those patches from Microsoft site and will install the same.
3. Once all the critical patches have been installed it will ask for rebooting the system.

Note: After the system get reboot, if WGWIN is run again it will not download the Patches again.

You all have to check, it works with direct connection as well as proxy connection.

Here is the switches which you can run to download the patches
wgwin /winpatch = this will start checking the critical patches and then downloading it.

if you want help for this tool you can type following command
wgwin /?

Here is the procedure the deploy this tool using eScan Management Console.
1. Open EMC ( eScan Management Console )
2. Then you can select the IP range for which you have to deploy this tool.
3. Then Right click on all the clients and then click on "Remote Install/Uninstall/Upgrade Sotware"
4. Then click on "Install Other Software"
5. Then select the path where you copied wgwin.exe under "Required files for installation".
6. Under "File to execute" select wgwin.exe
7. Under "Command-line Parameters" type the below switches
/silent /winpatch /HTTP_PROXY=ipaddressofproxyserver:port

/silent = This switch will hide the wgwin GUI & will install patch (No reboot option will be prompt)
/winpatch = This switch will download the Microsoft Patches from Microsoft site.
/HTTP_PROXY= This switch is used when the client system is having proxy connection to internet
