Some Problems found in Escan V10(10.0.923.326)

I am using eScan V10 [10.0.923.326]

When using Endpoint Security-
[1.]When USB Control is enabled with following opions: -->Ask for Password (Use eScan Administrator Password) and Do Virus Scan.;
It will create following problems:-
(a) if some applications are running like yahoo messager, internet explorer then USB Passwod Authentication not occurs, when we close all application then only after this appers,
(b) it Blocks all types of working, means we are unable to use any application at that time, then we have to hard power OFF the machine and then restart again.

[2.] When mail scanning is ON, then mail scanning process is very slow (this is observerd on a higly configured machine which is having 2GB RAM).

[3.] No provision of alternate download.

Please find reply to your Query:-

Ans:-This is been corrected & will be provide in the Builds after 10.0.938.332

(b) it Blocks all types of working, means we are unable to use any application at that time, then we have to hard power OFF the machine and then restart again.
Ans:-Have you check the same after Disabling EndPoint Security, if so please send us the Debug file for Examing

[2.] When mail scanning is ON, then mail scanning process is very slow (this is observerd on a higly configured machine which is having 2GB RAM).
Ans:-Problem you facing is with direct Connection to Internet.

[3.] No provision of alternate download.
Ans:-Is this for eScan Corporate Client please let us know, because the final release of eScan Corporate will include this feature.
