need solutions, at Safari, google chrome and Firefox internet browser, "eScan Webpage Scanning and Popup filter (block popup) does not work. so we can not block any adult/pornography/drags/gambling/alcohol etc web site. in a one sense the mentioned browser, we can not block any web site by using eScan webpage Scanning from content administrator. tell us how we can apply the policy.... ???

Web page scanning is working fine in Firefox. If you want to add webpage scanning for Safari, google chrome or other you need to add manually.
Steps are given below.
You need to add entry manually in browsers.txt & Include.dat Please find path of browsers.txt & include.dat <Root Drive>\Program Files\eScan.
Open browsers.txt & Include.dat in notepad files.
Add entry Safari.exe & chrome.exe
Then save both files .

This should resolve your problem.

after entry Safari.exe & chrome.exe at the browsers.txt & Include.dat files for blocking unwanted webpage & popup, yet its not working.

tell me also how i'll deploy it from emc eScan Parent Server to all child servers & all client pcs' ?
