Theres a unique connection status appear when we check the status on the server. On the connection tab, it says "?c?" -it is obvious that it is unnatural.

Can you take a backup of the log files if required and delete them.
Later if the Hard disk is in fat32 please do run chkdsk /f and please restart the server it should solve the issue.
